Iraqi presidency of the council holds meeting with blocs' heads

Presidency of the Council of Representatives held a meeting with leaders of political blocs and their representatives in order to agree on naming the heads of the parliamentary committees.
A parliamentary source told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / "The meeting was held under the chairmanship of President of the Council, Salim al-Jubouri, and in the presence of a number of leaders of the blocs and their representatives."
He added, "The presidency of the parliament emphasizes the importance of the completion of this topic during this meeting, and to reach a solution before the session of tomorrow."
He said "The meeting also discusses the security and political situation experienced by the country in addition to the other discussions about candidates for security ministries."
