
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah discussed ties between the two countries and ways of enhancing them, in addition to developments of the war against the ISIS group, during a telephone conversation today.
The media office of the Iraqi prime minister said al-Abadi stressed during the call the importance of concerted efforts of in the region to defeat ISIS (Daesh) group." For his part, the Emir of Kuwait emphasized his country's support for Iraq in its war on terrorism.
