
Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Jaafari discussed on Sunday with an Arab League delegation the latest developments in Iraq and the region, particularly efforts to combat terrorism.
An Iraqi source said the delegation, which is led by Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled al-Hamad arrived, earlier in the day in Baghdad to show solidarity with Iraq and its people against terrorism.
The delegation is due to meet with Iraqi President Foad Maasoum, Prime minister Haidar al-Abadi and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jabouri, noted the source.
