Ten militants were killed at dawn on Sunday 24, August in an attack by the army on them in Jurf al-Sakhar 45 km northwest of Hilla.
A police source in Babel told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The security forces, based on intelligence attacked, attacked a den for elements of the Islamic State (IS) and managed to kill ten of them and wounded several others while the rest fled to an unknown destination," .
