The security apparatus is capable of protecting the Egyptian nation and attaining security and stability in the country, said
Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar.
Abdel Ghaffar's remark was made during attending a graduation ceremony for a new batch of police academy cadets.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the interior minister called for standing for a minute of silence over the martyrs of the Armed Forces and the police.
The minister appreciated efforts exerted by members of the security apparatus, affirming that security forces will always be firm in confronting all the challenges besetting the homeland.
