Lebanon's General Security General Director, Abbas Ibrahim, welcomed on Monday UN Deputy Special Coordinator in Lebanon, Philippe Lazzarini, with whom he discussed internal and regional developments.
The pair also discussed the best means to boost coordination between the General Security and United Nations agencies.
Ibrahim separately met with the new head of UNTSO, Christine Land, with discussions featuring high on the security situation along the southern borders of Lebanon
