His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of thanks from his Kuwaiti counterpart, HH Shaikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, in reply to his congratulations marking the successful opening of the 23rd Gulf Cup, hosted recently by Kuwait.
The Kuwaiti Prime Minister expressed sincere appreciation to HRH Premier for his kind gesture and congratulations on the success of the opening of the Gulf Cup.
He also voiced pride in the keenness of the Kuwaiti Amir to strengthen the brotherly relations among the countries and peoples of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
He stressed that the success of the opening ceremony was the fruitful outcome of the cooperation of GCC countries for the sake of enhancing the GCC’s standing.
HH Shaikh Jaber Al-Mubarak wished HRH the Prime Minister abundant health and happiness, and further progress and prosperity to Bahrain and its people.
