Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi on Saturday inspected the situation in the town of al-Qseir and the services being provided to the locals, stressing that enormous efforts were exerted to encourage locals to return to the area after it has been cleansed of terrorism.
Al-Barazi also toured the expansion project of al-Qseir’s industrial zone, which he said will host an industrial facility for processing agricultural and livestock products and help provide job opportunities for locals.
He said that a large part of al-Qseir town that was destroyed is currently part of the reconstruction plan, while other parts are being renovated by locals.
The Governor also visited the health facility that is providing services for locals since the health center in the town was destroyed by terrorists, in addition to visiting the civil registry department, the facility providing bread for locals, and various other facilities and villages in the surrounding area.
