Manama - Arab Today

 His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued four decrees.

The first decree stipulated the amending of some provisions of Decree 69/2004 regarding reorganization of the Ministry of Interior.
The amendment added a new clause (A) to Paragraph (5) of (Firstly) of the first article in Decree 69/2004 regarding reorganizing the Interior Minister, and the rest of clauses in the paragraph rearranged accordingly, as follows:

Deputy Inspector-General:
Clause Two
Two new paragraphs added under numbers 16 and 17 to (Firstly) in the first article of Decree 69/2004 regarding reorganizing the Ministry of Interior, according to the following text:
16- General Directorate of the Royal Court’s Sentry, including two directorates to be named by the Minister of Interior.
17- General Directorate of the Security Media and Culture, includes: Directorate of Security Media, Directorate of Security Culture and Police Museum Directorate.

Clause Three:
Clause (B) of paragraph (6) of (Firstly) and Clause (A) of Paragraph (12) of (fourth) in the first article of Decree 69/2004 regarding reorganizing of the Interior Ministry, have been cancelled.

Clause Four: The Minister of Interior has been tasked to implement this decree which becomes effective from the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
The second decree stipulated the following appointments in the Ministry of Interior:

Major-General Khalifa Ahmed Al Khalifa, as Deputy Inspector-General in the rank of Director-General.
Major-General Abdullah Mohammed Al Zayed, as Deputy Chief of Public Security in the rank of Director-General.
Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Khalifa, as assistant chief of Public Security for Community Affairs in the rank of Director-General.
Brigadier Mohammed bin Mohammed Bin Dainah, as Director-General of the General Directorate of the Security Media and Culture.
Brigadier Waheed Juma Al Duowy, as Director-General of the General Directorate of Sentries.
Brigadier Jabr Sultan Ahmed Al Suwaidi, as Director-General of the Royal Court Sentry.
Brigadier Hamad Ali Al Marri, as Director-General of the Directorate of Police in the Southern Governorate.
Brigadier Abdulsalam Yousef Al Oraifi, as Director-General of the General Directorate of Reformation and Rehabilitation.

Clause Two: The Minister of Interior has been tasked to implement this decree which becomes effective from the date of its issuance and to be published in the Official Gazette.

Clause Three: Clause (B) of Paragraph (6) of (Firstly) and Clause (A) of Paragraph (12) of (fourth) in article one of the Decree 69/2004 regarding the reorganizing of the Ministry of Interior, has been cancelled.
Clause four: The Minister of Interior has been tasked to implement the provisions of this decree which becomes effective from the next day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The third decree stipulated the following appointments in the Ministry of Finance:
Ibrahim Mohammed Ali Abul, as Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Data.
Taha Mahmoud Mohammed Faqihi, as Assistant Undersecretary for Financial Affairs.
The Minister of Finance has been tasked to implement this decree which becomes effective from the date of its issuance and to be published in the Official Gazette.

The fourth decree stipulated the following appointments in the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments:
Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah Ahmadi has been appointed as Assistant Undersecretary for Minors Funds and Affairs. Mohammed Abdulraheem Ahmed Bu Cheeri has been appointed as Assistant Undersecretary for Courts and Notarization Affairs.

The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments has been tasked to implement this decree which becomes effective from the date of its issuance, and to be published in the Official Gazette.
