A high voter turnout has been reported at the Southern Governorate's second constituency, as voters headed to the polls massively to elect their representatives in the run-off parliamentary and municipal elections.
Dozens of voters could be seen arriving at the constituency's supervisory committee in Isa Town Secondary Girls School to cast their ballots and choose their representatives among the four contenders vying for a parliamentary seat and a municipal one.
The voting process is continuing smoothly and without any difficulties and the supervisory committee made the necessary preparations to enable voters to exercise their electoral right easily, with youth volunteers providing assistance to the elderly as well as to the voters with special needs.
