HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Tuesday a written message to HH the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, inviting His Highness to participate in the 17th Doha Forum.
HE Qatar's Charge d'Affaires to Kuwait Ali Jaber AlMarri handed the message to HH Emir of Kuwait at the Bayan Palace on Tuesday.
