Head of human rights commission hails saudi king

The Head of Human Rights Commission Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Aiban has thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for directing the state to bear costs of rehabilitation and training of persons with disabilities at commercial centers licensed within the Kingdom.
The minister's thanks came in a speech during his chairing of a session held within the activities of the first day of the Fourth International Conference on Disability yesterday.
The speech highlighted Saudi leaders' efforts to care for persons with disabilities.
