The General Director of the National Police (DGSN), General Major Abdelghani Hamel underlined the importance of the campaign launched by the international police organization “INTERPOL” under the slogan “Turn Back Crime” as a tool associating all the segments of the society in the fight against crime and terrorism.
The campaign was marked by “a large adherence of police officials from all over the world as it is an innovative and unique tool of its kind that associates all the segments of society in collective efforts to fight crime and terrorism,” said Monday the DGSN in a communiqué.
General Major Hamel underlined, during the works of the INTERPOL General Assembly, recently held in Monaco, that the “fight against organized crime is a shared reasonability of the services in charge of law enforcement and of all segments of society,” added the communiqué.
The General Director of the National Police also insisted on citizen’s role to fight crime, adding that “it is a strong link of mechanisms of fight against crime.”
