GCC chief condemns Israeli continued violence against Palestinians

The Cooperation Council of Arab Gulf States (GCC) Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani has strongly denounced the continued aggression and systematic revenge campaign carried by the Israeli occupation authorities against the people of Palestine, considering that to be a flagrant violation of the provisions of international law.
In a statement today, Al-Zayani said that the Israeli settlers' abduction and murder of a Palestinian boy Mohamed Abu Khedeir on Wednesday was a heinous crime which perpetrators must be punished. such crimes will only lead to more violence and bloodshed he added calling on the UN security council and the international community to shoulder their responsibilities in this regard and take the needful measures to stop the Israeli aggression and protect the Palestinians from the crimes and the repeated Israeli measures of collective punishment against the Palestinian people.
