GCC audit chiefs congratulate Kuwaiti emir

Chiefs of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) audit and accounting bureaus on Sunday sent His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah a cable of congratulations on the UN honoring, naming him a "Humanitarian Leader" and Kuwait a "Humanitarian Centre." The unprecedented global initiative by the UN highlights the humanitarian and developmental role by His Highness the Amir and the State of Kuwait, they said in the cable.
The audit and accounting senior officials also thanked His Highness the Amir for the warm welcome and hospitality they received during their recent 13th meeting here, wishing Kuwait progress and prosperity under his wise leadership.
