Gaza receives tonnes of medical aid Passing through Rafah

The Miles of Smiles convoy has crossed into Gaza on Monday throug Egypt’s Rafah borders. The convoy includes eight ambulances carrying six tonnes of medical supplies. It includes 36 people from Britain, Australia, and Egypt. This is its third time for the convoy to head to Gaza in the past two years. Many attempts by other groups to send supplies to besieged Gazans have failed. Israel had enforced a siege on the Gaza strip after its people voted Hamas, which Israel describes as a "terrorist" organization, into power.
