
HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani on Wednesday met separately with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Melescanu, Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende, and Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting on ISIS, currently underway in Washington.
The meetings reviewed bilateral relations and means of boosting and developing them in addition to discussing ways of cooperation in international platforms regarding counter-terrorism in general and tackling the issue of foreign terrorist fighters in particular.
During the meeting, HE the foreign minister stressed the need to fight terrorism in all forms and manifestations, reiterating Qatar's commitment in the international coalition against ISIS.
