
The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, continues to provide relief aid to vulnerable and underprivileged families in the various districts of Shabwa Governorate, Yemen, as part of the UAE’s relief, humanitarian and development support to help the Yemeni people.
The ERC today distributed food baskets to the residents of the district of Dahr in Shabwa, who expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the ERC for the relief aid, which will help ease their suffering.
Mohammed Saif Al Muhairi, Head of the ERC Team in Shabwa, highlighted the ERC’s desire to continue its efforts to improve the lives of Yemenis and reduce their suffering, by reaching out to a larger number of beneficiaries, especially vulnerable and underprivileged families and those who are disabled.
He added that the process of distributing the food baskets is a completion of their ongoing humanitarian operations in the various districts of Shabwa, which reflects the ERC’s desire to ease the suffering of Yemenis.
