A decree was issued this Friday on the formation of the Elections supervisory commission appointed yesterday (Thursday) by the cabinet in its session held at the Baabda Palace. The decree bore the signatures of President Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil and Minister of Interior and Municipalities Nuhad Mashnouk.
A decree stipulating the salaries of the president of the Commission and its members is also to be issued, and the minister of interior will be setting the headquarters of the Commission in Beirut
