President Abdel Fattah El Sisi visited Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) stand during Egypt International Fertilizer Industry Conference/Exhibition.
National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) Secretary General and Company Board Chairman Dr. Ahmed Al Sharyan, along with Bahrain’s Ambassador to Egypt Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa and a number of officials were also present.
Dr. Al Sharyan expressed great satisfaction at the close relations between Bahrain and Egypt and said these had been consolidated after the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to Egypt. 
The Chairman gave the visitors a detailed explanation on developments in the oil and gas sector in Bahrain led by Oil Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa. He lauded the President’s historic visit to the exhibition and the Company’s stand as well as his personal interest in every exhibit. He thanked all concerned with making excellent preparations for the event and expressing gratitude for the welcome and the hospitality for the Bahrain delegation.
