Egypt optimistic about Ethiopia dam talks in Cairo

Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi expressed optimism Wednesday about the outcome of the new round of talks between Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia on the Ethiopian renaissance dam.
Moghazi voiced hope the talks might reach an agreement on selecting a consultancy firm to conduct studies into the impact of the dam as required by the international technical panel.
