Egypt denies military involvement in Libya

Egyptian President Abdelfatah Al-Sisi Tuesday denied reports that Egypt was involved in military attacks inside the Libyan territories, affirming the Libyan army was capable of protecting the country.
Egypt is fighting terrorism within its borders only but the country is supporting the legitimate institutions in Libya, Al-Sisi was quoted by official media as saying during a meeting with chief editors of local newspapers.
He meanwhile said the Egyptian people realized the size of challenges they needed to address.
