The executive bureau of the Arab ministers of tourism convened at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo Wednesday.
The meeting, which was chaired by Egyptian Minister of Tourism Hisham Za'azo, was attended by the ministers of tourism of Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Libya, Iraq, Bahrain and Kuwait or their representatives.
In statements, Za'azo said the meeting followed up the directives of the council of Arab ministers during their recent meetings to increase inter-Arab tourism.
He pointed out that the problems that hinder the Arab tourism movement are mainly the mandatory advance visas and security challenges.
