On behalf of the Minister of Civil Service, the Deputy Minister of Civil Service Dr. Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Shuhaib will lead the Saudi delegation to the 13th session of the Civil Service Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.
The meetings, which will start on Tuesday, will be held in the city of Kuwai
