
Qena General Hospital received three bodies of floods victims in western Qena-Sohag desert road, Health Ministry Undersecretary here Ayman Khodary said Saturday.
Four more bodies were transferred to other hospitals at Sohag, thus, the death toll of the floods rises to 11 persons.
Qena governorate announced that the road will be closed till the concerned apparatuses finalize its restoration process, while the tourist trips will be halted.
The concerned bodies will also resume searching for the victims of the floods.
Qena governor announced that a collapse took place in Qena-Sohag road in the kilo 110 due to the floods which caused six cars to overturn leaving four persons dead and 29 others wounded.
