Daesh kidnaps 4 members of higher security authority in Sirte

A Daesh group kidnapped four members of the higher security authority in the Libyan city of Sirte.
They took them to an unknown place, head of higher security committee in Sirte Ismail Abdel Aali said in a press statement Tuesday.
Clashes continue in Sirte between the General National Congress and Daesh, he said.
