Court upholds decision to release 3 Brotherhood members on bail

Giza Criminal Court has upheld a previous decision to release Brotherhood group's leaders Helmy el-Gazzar, Mohamed el-Omda and Abdel-Moneim Abdel-Maqsoud on 100,000 pounds bail, pending investigations.
The Giza court ordered the release of the group's leaders two days ago, but the prosecution challenged the decision.
The three stand accused of inciting violence and murdering protesters outside Cairo University, Nahda Square and Bein El-Sarayat, all in Giza, following the ouster of president Mohamed Morsi.
They are also facing charges of inciting murder, attempted murder, inciting possession of firearms, inciting thuggery and forming a group with the aim of resisting the authorities and residents with weapons.
