Cairo Criminal Court annulled on Wednesday a decision issued by the Illicit Gain Authority (IGA) to prevent former information minister Anas El Fekky, as well as his wife and children from disposing of their property and possessions.
The court ordered also lifting Fekky's name from the travel ban list.
The verdict comes after a similar court acquitted in February the former information minister of profiteering charges.
