Clashes at Al-Aqsa Mosque after Friday prayers

Courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque witnessed violent clashes between the Israeli police and worshipers after Friday prayers. The Israeli police provoked worshipers, which led to clashes between them, in which the Israeli army used stun grenades, tear gas in addition to rubber bullets, witnesses said This cames after two days of clashes at the site of the mosque between Israeli police and the worshipers, at which time the police were the first to instigate attacking the worshipers. Al-Aqsa mosque is a target of the ire of extremist Jewish settlers who seek to control the mosque in order to divid it between Jews and Muslims.
