Cell in Kairouan arrested over helping youths travel to hotspots charges

The Tunisian national guards arrested a four-member cell in Kairouan city that helps youths travel to "hotspots," Mosaique FM reported on Thursday.
Security forces followed a member of the cell and monitored his phone calls with members of a terror cell located abroad.
