Cairo's consul in Jeddah visits Egyptian detainees

Egypt's Consul General in Jeddah Adel el-Alfy has visited Egyptians held in the coastal city's prison.He visited Sheaar Prison in Abha city to check on the conditions of the Egyptian prisoners there.The detainees enjoyed good health care provided by the administration, said Alfy in a statement issued in Cairo, noting that one of the prisoners was studying at King Saud University in Najran city.The consul confirmed that the prisoners were allowed to contact their families regularly.Visits by other consulate officials were also reported in the statement.
