Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, welcomed on Friday British Secretary of State for International Development, Alistair Burt, who visited him along with an accompanying delegation, and British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hugo Shorter.
Also, Berri received a call from former UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Sigrid Kaag, who left to assume her new position as Minister of Foreign Trade and Development in the Netherlands.
In turn, Berri congratulated her on her new position and wished her success
