Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday maintained that "despite the current crisis, Lebanon is still safe at the political, security, and economic levels," highlighting the importance of national unity amid the current juncture.
In remarks made during the regular Wednesday meeting at Ain-el-Tineh, Berri said that Prime Minister Saad Hariri reneging on his resignation would bring justice and stability on the local and Arab scene, and that it would not provoke anybody, even after his return to Lebanon
