BDF commander-in-chief honours Sandhurst graduate

Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received here today Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and his daughter Shaikha Aisha bint Rashid Al Khalifa, marking her graduation from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom.
The commander-in-chief bestowed the Military Competency Medal on Shaikha Aisha in recognition of her being the first Bahraini young woman to graduate from the prestigious academy.
Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa lauded Shaikha Aisha’s dedicated efforts and graduation from a renowned world academy, wishing her further success.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and Director of the BDF’s General Command’s Court, Major-General Hassan Saad, were present.
