
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has affirmed that the citizens' complaints are prioritised by all officials, whatever be their positions.
He stressed that ministries and government departments should be the first to receive those complaints and solve them timely, noting that the complaints sections in the ministries should be activated so as to serve the citizens in a way that is faster than any other means.
HRH Premier made the statements as he received here today some Royal Family members, and a number of senior state officials.
HRH the Prime Minister expressed pride in the confidence enjoyed by the Kingdom at international gatherings, including the sport ones.
While congratulating Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa on winning a new term as President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) uncontested, HRH Premier asserted that the Asian achievement confirms Bahrain's advanced status among sport circles, and their appreciation of Bahraini competencies, and confidence in their ability to hold leading positions at international associations.
He wished Shaikh Salman every success in leading Asian Football towards more success.
HRH Premier highlighted the government's efforts to upgrade services in the kingdom, affirming that in case a citizen-oriented project is being implemented, efforts are doubled, and state officials are required to make sure it is progressing according to pre-set plans and schedule.
HRH Premier affirmed that he personally encourages the citizens, journalists and the media personnel to assume their supervisory role to ensure the development march and services reflect the citizens' aspirations and meet the government's aspirations in this regard.
