
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa issued Edict No.: 43/2014 stipulating the restructuring of the Supreme Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) as follows:
Clause 1: The Supreme Council for Vocational Training shall be restructured as to comprise the following:
- Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour, as Chairman.
- Sabah Salem Al-Dossary – Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour – as Vice Chairman.
- Dr. Mohamnmed Abdul-Razzaq Al-Siddiqui – Education Ministry.
- Baheeja Mohammed Al-Dailami – Supreme Council of Women.
- Ahmed Yusuf Abdulraheem – Civil Service Bureau.
- Dr. Jawaher Shaheen Al-Mudahki – National Authority for Quality Assurance in Education and Training (QAAET).
- Dr. Oddai Hatim Al-Bu Hamad – University of Bahrain.
(as representative members from Government Ministries and Institutions).
- Dr. Ebrahim Khalifa Al-Dossary – Bahrain Society for Training and Development.
- Dr. Luluwa Rashid Al-Mutleq – Private Training Institutes.
(as representative members from training societies.)
- Tawfiq Majeed Al-Rayash – advisor for Training Affairs in the Supreme Council for Vocational Training.
- Rasheed Mohammed Al-Miraj – Specific Council for Vocational Training in the Banking Sector.
- Amal Yusuf Al-Moayyed - Specific Council for Vocational Training in the Retail Sector.
- Ebrahim Mustafa Al-Kooheji - Specific Council for Vocational Training in the Hospitality Sector.
- Isa Abdulraheem Al-Riffa'I, Specific Council for Vocational Training in the Construction Sector.
- Yusuf Ebrahim Fakhro - Specific Council for Vocational Training in the Specific Council for Vocational Training in the Industrial Sector.
- Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Sindi, Specific Council for Vocational Training in the Telecommunications Sector.

- Ghassan Ali Al-Mahanna – Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco).
- Abbas Abdulmohsen Radhi– partner in Jawad Habib and Associates.

- Khalid Rashid Ali Al-Amin – Executive Office member of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Ahmed Abdullah Bin Hindi – board of directors member of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

- Sou'ad Mohammed Mubarak – General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions (GFBTU).
- Jum'a Ali Al-Binkhalil - General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions (GFBTU).
- Bassim Qamber Kuwaitan, General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions (GFBTU).
- Osama Salman Hassan - General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions (Al Hurr).

Clause 2: Membership in the Council shall be for two years, renewable.
