Prince Khalifa bin Salman al-Khalifa
Manama - BNA

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has called on political societies to join ranks with other associations with which they share their positive goals towards the homeland's unity, security and stability.
He urged more unity in order to build the nation and confront "evil" sides seeking to harm the nation through acts of sabotage and terrorism.
Regarding villages damaged by their own inhabitants, HRH Premier called on villagers not to let their own areas be usurped by a handful of outlaws.
He made the remarks as he received at the Gudaibiya Palace today a number of political associations' chairman, led by the Head of the National Action Charter Society's political Bureau Ahmed Juma'a Mubarak.
HRH Premier asserted that whoever hurls Molotov cocktails for the sake of killing innocent people and adopts violence as an approach has, certainly, nothing to do with reform and seeks no good for the nation, stressing that doors are always kept wide open for those who want to assume their national responsibility in developing the country, but "using democracy as a means to provide a cover for terrorism and sabotage is totally unacceptable."
He emphasised that terrorism cannot resist for a long time as a result of the Bahraini citizens' strong determination and desire to have a secure life and advance their country, calling for the need to be more aware and vigilant in countering attempts to spread hatred, chaos and destruction among the secure Bahraini society.
He stressed that unified stances are the homeland's first defensive shields against evil plans aiming to subvert its security and stability.
"We have to rally together as members of a one-family nation so that Bahrain remains an oasis of tolerance and good," he said, urging all sides to adopt firm patriotic stances that contribute to upgrading the kingdom's status.
He said that National associations and organisations have to devise strategies to spread awareness, and use all their potentials to counter all ideas seeking to disrupt national security and stability through violence and incitement.
Heads of political associations extended their sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for his efforts to build the nation and safeguard its stability, reiterating full-fledged support to all measures adopted by the government to reinforce security, combat terrorism and confront instigators.
They lauded HRH Premier's constant keenness to cement Bahraini people's cohesion and unity, being the bulwark that safeguards the nation against sedition and conspiracies, pledging to continue working as a united family and adhere to the fundamentals of national unity on which he always focused.
