Bahraini parliament speaker calls for active participation in November elections

Council of Representatives' Speaker, Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Dhahrani, today received German Ambassador to Bahrain, Sabine Tofman,, and stressed a wide democratic participation will be witnessed in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the coming days, represented in the conduct of municipal and parliamentary elections.
Parliament Speaker explained that the march of democracy and reforms in Bahrain is moving along, calling on citizens to exercise their constitutional right and to actively take part in the upcoming elections.
German Ambassador highlighted her country and EU's welcome to the Royal call on Bahraini citizens to participate in the coming municipal and parliamentary elections.
She expressed her country's keenness to develop legislative and parliamentary relations with Bahrain to serve the aspirations of the two countries and their people.
