His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Dr. Juma'a bin Ahmed Al Ka'abi on Bahrain's ranking second at the Arab level and seventh internationally in the field of issuance of construction licences for investment projects according to the World Bank's report on business practice.
The minister described the achievement as an added value to Bahrain's record of accomplishments in the field of urban and economic development which reflects confidence in the investment climate in Bahrain and the kingdom's pioneering international status in luring investments.
