The Alliance in support of legitimate rule in Yemen today announced the appointment of Colonel Turki bin Saleh al-Maliki as new spokesman. Col. Al-Malki took over from Major General Ahmed Asiri, the former spokesperson for Operation Decisive Storm and Operation Restoring Hope in Yemen.
The Coalition command said that it would continue its policy of communicating transparently and openly about its military campaign to support the legitimate government of Yemen. Colonel Turki will hold regular press conferences, and will be available to all local, regional and international media
