The members of the Council of Nation on Tuesday have adopted unanimously the law emending and complementing the law on apprenticeship.
In a statement after the vote, Minister of Vocational Training and Education Noureddine Bedoui said the bill is part of the reform of the sector and aims at improving the vocation training methods.
It will also contribute to the social and professional integration of young people, and to the strengthening of the social measures for people with disabilities by allowing them to have access to apprenticeship training without age limits.
The minister underlined that this method of training is less costly for the State and more adapted to the labour market's needs.
