
The President of the Republic , Field Marshal Omer Al-Basher is due to visit Egypt in 28-29 of current October.
The Sudan's Ambassador to Egypt, Abdul-Mahmoud Abdul-Halim indicated that President Al- Bahsir visit to Egypt would give new start to the relations between the two sister countries in all fields.
The ambassador added that the meetings of the Foreign Ministers, Ali Ahmed Karti and his Egyptian counterpart Samih Shukri held today in the headquarters of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry has reflected desire of the two countries and their commitment to enhance the cooperation relations between them in all fields , noting in this framework that the visit of President Al -Bbasher to Egypt is scheduled in the period from 18-19 of current October.
Ambassador Abdul-Mahmoud has noted that Foreign Ministers Karti an Shukri have agreed on the necessity to bolster the institutional structure of the biletral cooperation relations between the two countries , referring that a joint meetings were decided to be held in Khartoum following the expected visit of President Al -Basher to Cairo with the participation of the concerned ministers for discussig ways for the reconstruction of the relations between the two countries in all fields.
He noted out that the two, Sudanese and Egyptian, parties have expressed their satisfaction over the progress of the negotiation concerning the Renaissance Dam on background of the positive results achieved in the meetings recently held in Khartoum and Adiss Ababa, meanwhile, the two parties have also tackled the situations in sister Libyia and the efforts carried out by the group of the neighbouring countries for the resolution of the problem there.
