Kuwait Parliament speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim Monday termed as "constructive" his visit to Jordan and said the outcome would be "translated into action" in near future. The National Assembly seeks to further cement relations with Jordan, and the two sides have agreed to coordinate their positions vis-a-vis Arab matters, Al-Ghanim said in a statement to KUNA. Suror said the two sides discussed a host of issues including the Israeli aggression against occupied Jerusalem. Jordanian minister of agriculture Akef Al-Zube, for his part, said he exchanged views with the Kuwaiti MPs regarding a series of issues of mutual interest. Kuwaiti MP Mubarak Al-Harees commended economic, political and social relations, backed by relavant agreements. Al-Harees said the visit of the Kuwaiti lawmakers was to expressed solidarity with Jordan with regards to the Syrian conflict and the Palestinian cause. MP Abdullah Al-Tamimi said Kuwait realized the economic burden on Jordan caused by the Syrian refugees and the Palestinian cause.
