The Arab League Secretary-General's Special Envoy to Libya Nasser al-Qudwa asserted Saturday that the fragile security situation in Libya requires support and backup from all Arab states and organizations.
Al-Qudwa made the remarks during a meeting with President of Tunisia’s Constituent Assembly Mustapha Ben Jaafar in Tunis.
Terrorist groups and easy access to guns make the situation very fragile, the AL envoy said, voicing hope that the Libya neighbors' ministerial meeting will fruit positive results that help Tripoli.
Meantime, Ben Jaafar asserted Tunis' support to Libya hailing Arab League effort to restore stability and support democratic transition in Libya.
