7 Hezbollah elements killed in Jeroud Arsal battle

Seven elements of the Lebanese Hezbollah group have been killed on day one of a battle in Jeroud Arsal in Lebanon.
Units of the Syrian army and troops affiliated with Lebanon's Hezbollah started a wide-scale military operation overnight Friday to purge the joint border of terrorists.
