Six takfiris were killed and three others arrested in North Sinai in clashes with security forces in Sheikh Zuwaid and Rafah cities.
Some 23 terrorist hotbeds, used to launch attacks against the army and police forces, had been destroyed during the security campaign.
Two cars and ten unlicensed motorcycles were also destroyed.
