Seventeen people were killed and wounded in a road collision on Assuit-Cairo highway

Seventeen people were killed and wounded in a road collision on Assuit-Cairo highway.
The accident took place when a truck and a microbus collided on the highway near Manfalout district of Assuit.
A 25-year-old young woman was killed in the accident, while 16 others were injured, medics said.
The wounded were ambulanced to Assuit University Hospital and an investigation was launched into the accident.
