At least one person was killed and two others were injured in a car explosion in front of Tibesti Hotel in the Libyan city of Benghazi, a well-placed source said Friday.
The injured were moved to Benghazi Medical Center and Al-Galaa Hospital.
The security situation in Benghazi has deteriorated over the past months.
