
Two private cars collided head-on with each other in Siikajoki, a central town of Finland in late afternoon on Saturday, causing one death and five injured, reported Finnish national broadcaster YLE.
Local police said that the car driving from south to north crashed into the car driving from north to south on Road 86 in Siikajoki, causing one died, four seriously injured and one slightly wounded.
The dead was a female passenger in the car driving from north to south, the four seriously injured were all in the other car.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
