Yemeni Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Abdulmalik al Mekhlafi underlined that 70 percent of the Yemeni territories are under the control of the legitimate government.

In an interview with al Sahrq al Awast Newspaper, al Mekhlafi said that there are guarantees by the member countries of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to resume the negotiations to be organized in Geneva in January 14.
